    摘要:

    顶推施工具有对桥下交通干扰小的工艺特点,近年来在跨既有铁路桥梁施工中得到广泛应用。目前关于跨车站变坡顶推施工经验相对缺乏,以南昌市双港大街上跨昌北站立交桥改造工程为研究背景,设计施工监测方案,对该桥变坡顶推施工过程中结构变位、应变和中轴线偏位进行监测。对比实测数据与理论数据,反馈现场并调整顶推施工姿态,保证跨车站连续梁拱桥变坡顶推的施工质量和施工安全,可为同类桥梁顶推施工监测提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Incremental launching has the characteristics of small disturbance to traffic under the bridge, and has been widely used in the construction of span railway bridges in recent years. At present, variable slope across station has a relatively lack of experience in the Incremental launching construction. Based on the research background of the reconstruction project of the overpass across Changbei station at Shuanggang Street in Nanchang City, a construction monitoring plan is designed to monitor the structural displacement, strain, and central axis deviation during the Incremental launching construction of the bridge in variable slope. Compare measured data with theoretical data, feed back to the site, and adjust the Incremental launching construction linetype to ensure quality and safety of continuous beam arch bridges across station in variable slope, which can provid reference experience for similar bridge Incremental launching construction monitoring.
