    轻质泡沫土作为一种新型路基材料应用于高速公路改造段中,其本身具有轻质性和高强性等特点。为了研究轻质泡沫土在软土路基过渡段台背回填施工过程中的特性和可行性,本文依托广佛肇高速公路特殊桥头路基段项目,阐述了轻质泡沫土台背回填施工工艺流程和技术要点,并结合应用实例和数值模拟方法,分析轻质泡沫土作为回填材料对路桥过渡段区域在施工期、运营期的沉降以及结构物变形的影响。结果表明:轻质泡沫土填筑的路基沉降和结构物变形特性显著低于常规回填土;采用轻质泡沫土取代传统软基处理施工,社会经济效益十分显著,为轻质泡沫土在台背回填中的应用提供了科学依据。

    Abstract:

    As a novel subgrade material utilized in the reconstruction segment of expressways, lightweight foamed soil possesses inherent characteristics of low weight and high strength. This study aims to investigate the properties and feasibility of utilizing lightweight foam soil for backfill construction in the transition section of soft soil embankments, drawing on the specific bridge head subgrade project of Guangfo-zhao Expressway, this paper elucidates the construction process and technical focal points of lightweight foam soil backfill construction, while also integrating application instances and numerical simulation methods, the impact of using lightweight foam soil as backfill material on settlement and structural deformation during both construction and operational phases in the transition section is analyzed. The findings indicate that subgrade settlement and structural deformation tendencies are significantly reduced when employing light foamed soil fill compared to conventional backfill methods, the substantial social and economic benefits derived from substituting traditional soft foundation treatments with lightweight foam soil underscore its potential as a scientifically grounded alternative for platform backfill applications.
