    车速再现在事故鉴定中扮演着重要角色,传统的车速再现方法受很多外在条件的约束,由于事件数据记录系统(EDR)的普及,本文探索了一种新的车速再现思路。本文以一起配备EDR轿车与摩托车的碰撞事故为例,根据拍摄的事故现场图上车辆的形变程度,确定为完全非弹性碰撞的碰撞模型,利用该模型碰撞结束瞬间两车共速的特点,通过轿车配备的EDR上读取轿车碰撞瞬间以及共速后的横向速度以及纵向速度,结合动量守恒定律,对两车碰撞瞬间的车速进行矢量分析,进而得出摩托车碰撞瞬间的矢量速度,相较于传统的车速再现方法,本方法无需考虑现场物证、痕迹以及两车碰撞瞬间的碰撞角度。

    Abstract:

    Vehicle speed plays an important role in accident identification nowadays, and the traditional method of vehicle speed reproduction is constrained by many external conditions. Due to the popularization of the event data recording system (EDR), this paper explores a new way of thinking about vehicle speed reproduction. This paper takes a collision accident between a car equipped with EDR and a motorcycle as an example, according to the degree of deformation of the vehicle on the map of the accident scene, it is determined to be a completely inelastic collision collision model, and utilizing the characteristics of the model that the two vehicles share the same speed at the end of the collision instant, we read the transverse and longitudinal velocities at the collision instant of the sedan as well as after the share of speed from the EDR equipped with the sedan and combine them with the law of momentum conservation to conduct a vector analysis of the speeds of the two vehicles at the moment of the collision. Combined with the law of conservation of momentum, the vector analysis of the speed of the two vehicles at the moment of collision is carried out, and then the vector speed of the motorcycle at the moment of collision is derived. Compared with the traditional method of speed reproduction, this method does not need to consider the physical evidence at the scene, the traces, and the angle of collision at the moment of collision between the two vehicles.
